Regional Structure and Management
The region is administered by the Regional Management Team (RMT) who provide musical and administrative leadership within the region. The 8 members of the RMT are singers or directors of regional chapter Choruses and manage the Region on a voluntary basis on behalf more than 1330 members.
Pictured above is the 2015-2016 RMT, a photo of the 2016-2017 will be taken at the RMT meeting in July. Two members have changed - Diane Jenkins (far left) has handed the Communications Coordinator role to Debbie Scott. Linda Wareham (third from right) has handed the Education Coordinator role to Traci Voss.
More information about the RMT and their contact details can be found here.
Regional Education Faculty (REF) are talented educators, who assist the Education Coordinator to provide education to the region. The Faculty are also sometimes called to present classes at regional workshops. For members, a list of REF members
There are a number of regional positions appointed by the RMT to assist in the administration of our region.
Each Chorus has a Management Team or Board that governs it, establishing the Constitution or Standing Rules to suit their particular goals, culture and way of operating whilst observing those of Sweet Adelines International. The RMT, REF and Regional Support Team play a vital role in assisting Choruses to set goals, develop and participate in a range of educational opportunities.
